The hotel's location within a gated area was convenient, offering easy access to local food and shopping in Podil. However, the rooms were small for the price, with an old and musty smell that required constant ventilation. Despite the warm temperatures and noise from nearby trams, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful services for transportation needs.

I was quite pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were a bit basic, and some noise from passing trams might bother sensitive sleepers. The location was superb, close to many city attractions and markets.

The hotel is centrally located in a beautiful building, and the receptionist Yaroslava was excellent. The rooms were very cold even in the summer, and I couldn't get the A/C to work properly. On the positive side, the service was pleasant and helpful for any request.
